How many Bundles do I need for a Full Install?

We suggest 3 bundles for a complete Install. For lengths 24' and longer we recommend 3+ bundles or 3 bundles/closure. Each bundle weighs approx. 3.5 oz. - 3.7 oz.

What is the processing/shipping TAT?

All orders placed in the US process within 2-3 business days. After order has been processed (WITH NO COMPLICATIONS) shipping takes approx. 4-7 business days. International orders process within 3-5 business days. After processing is complete, shipping takes approx. 6-10 business days.

Do you express or overnight ship?

We do not offer expedited shipping at this time.

Do you offer frontals?

At this time Beautiful we are only offering bundles and closures, however subscribe to our emailing list to be 1st to know when we add frontals to the site.

Can Hair be bleached and Dyed?

Our hair extensions are able to be dyed and bleached. However, if you aren't familiar, we recommend seeking a professional for all bleaching and coloring involving chemicals.

Does Hair Shed?

All Things Zuri Bundles offer no Shedding or Tangling with proper care & maintenance.

Return/Exchange Policy

We do not allow hair extensions to be returned. We also DO NOT offer purchase cancellations once your order has been placed. All sales are FINAL.
Seasonal accessory items in it's original condition & packaging can be exchanged for another item of equal or greater value. Return shipping is at customers expense.

Essential Hair Care tips to keep living Beautifully

You've paid to look Beautiful right? To keep hair in its best state treat it like it's YOURS!

To prevent heat damage always air dry your extensions when possible. It is a necessity to ALWAYS use Heat Protectant to combat heat damage while using heated appliances.

Brush/Comb extensions from bottom, and slowly work your way up to avoid tangling or matting. We recommend using a soft bristled brush/wide tooth comb. For our curl textures comb through hair with fingers while wet, then follow up with detangling using your favorite conditioner while combing through with fingers.

Before Going to Bed: Gently brush hair to remove all tangles. Braid your hair into a couple of big braids, wrap your hair, or put into a ponytail or bun. Sleeping in a satin scarf is also beneficial.

We recommend deep conditioning before installing your extensions. When washing consider co-washing. Use lukewarm/cool water to prevent your curl texture from drastically changing.
